Proven Success in Multifamily and Industrial Development

Hanover’s multifamily development and management are strategically focused on all styles of apartments, including garden-style, mixed-use, high-density wood, and high-rise projects.

To date, Hanover’s award-winning multifamily development history and pipeline totals 76,672 units across the country and more than $22.3 billion in project capitalization, including $3.0 billion currently under construction.

In late 2021, Hanover Company launched its Industrial Division, marking a significant expansion beyond multifamily projects. Currently, four industrial projects are under construction, with a combined area of 1,465,196 square feet and a total capitalization of $235.4 million. The division’s development pipeline is robust, featuring an additional $1.8 billion in projects slated to break ground. This strategic move aims to tap into industrial markets with promising potential for long-term growth and success.

Global Support Services (GSS): Empowering Growth

Global Support Services (GSS) helps Hanover increase productivity in both developing and constructing multifamily housing and industrial developments, as well as increase our capacity to manage these properties in the United States.

The operations center in Ahmedabad, India is an extension of our teams in the United States and is instrumental in maximizing the operational efficiency of Hanover’s development, construction, and property management platforms. The GSS team members work directly with our teams in the US to create and implement the best of industry practices and propel Hanover to the top of the multifamily and industrial industries.

Hanover’s Industrial Division seeks to develop assets in low vacancy markets with attractive fundamentals that offer strong rent growth potential. Limiting geographic focus to specific markets allows Hanover to minimize execution risk with market knowledge gained through in-market experience.
