Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a new construction, luxury mid-rise apartment community in the City Place area of Dallas, TX.  Must have 3 to 5 years experience on an A+, new construction property, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance.

HVAC Certification is required and Pool Certification is a plus.

Seeking stellar Leasing Agents for a new construction, luxury mid-rise apartment community in the City Place area of Dallas, TX.  Must have good communication skills, marketing experience, customer service skills and computer skills.  Leasing experience is a plus.

Looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for a new construction, luxury mid-rise apartment community in the West Gray area of Houston, TX. Must have 2+ years experience on an A+, new construction property, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance.

HVAC Certification is required and Pool Certification is a plus.

Start Date: June 2013

Responsibilities include pre-development of the project, buy-out of contracts and purchase orders and construction management.  The Project Manager works closely with the project's Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent to monitor construction activity and execute change orders.  Responsible for continuous monitoring of project budget.  Requirements include: 4-year degree in building science or civil engineering; minimum of 8 years of multi-family and/or commercial building experience.

Looking for a Porter for a new construction, luxury mid-rise apartment community in the West Gray area of Houston, TX.  Responsible for keeping the exterior and common areas of the property clean on a daily basis. Also responsible for maintaining the dumpster area and assisting the maintenance team as needed.  The Porter maintains the pool area, changes inoperable lights and maintains gutters, windows, weather stripping, etc.
