Coverage is paid by Hanover and available to Employees.

Long Term Disability

Coverage is paid by Hanover and available to Employees.

Short Term Disability

Coverage is available to Employees on a voluntary basis.

Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts

Available to Employees and allows Employees to set aside money on a pretax basis to pay for a variety of health care expenses and dependent care expenses.

Health Savings Account 

Available to Employees participating in our High Deductible Health Plan.  Allows Employees to set aside money on a pretax basis to pay for a variety of health care expenses.

401(K) Retirement Account

The plan is available to Employees with Hanover matching employee contributions.

Employee Assistance Program

This program is available to all Employees.

Vacation

Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation time based on their length of service with the company.

Holidays

The holiday schedule is updated annually and available to Employees.

Sick Leave

Employees may take 10 sick days per year.
